I've been slowly progressing on this piece, and a couple other related works since the summer. This piece is titled, Hickory Dickory Dock and is acrylic on wood. The fire retardant dropping from the airplane is red sand. The dimensions are 3" x 10" x 28". The piece comments about the 2014 Carlton Compound forest fire from back in 2014. This was the largest forest fire in the history of Washington State.

Two of my works have been included into an exhibit titled, Small Expressions , at the Northwind Art Center in Port Townsend, Washington.
